In some legislations there are restrictions when it comes to blasphemy, hate speech or denial of certain historical events. In some legislations you may be served a Gag order. In most legislations libel & slander is illegal and so is revealing state secrets. The same goes for incitement of a riot or yelling “fire!” in a crowded theatre.
